For Core Beta access, we use the email address you submit to send a verification link. A signed, HTTP-only browser cookie keeps your verified download session for up to 30 days. The verification link expires after 20 minutes. This beta access does not create an Exchange administrator account.

If you purchase a paid beta pilot, Stripe processes payment and billing information. Our separate license service receives payment events needed to issue and renew a signed license and email it to you. We do not ask you to send card details to us. Resend processes transactional beta and license emails. Our hosting and security logs may contain request metadata used for operations and abuse investigation.

We use this information to provide downloads, billing, license delivery, support, and security operations. We do not publish beta registrants' email addresses or raw support logs in technical case studies. To request access, correction, or deletion of information we control, email Admin@Network-Decode.com. Some billing records must be retained for legal and accounting obligations.
